We are looking for driven Sales Representatives to support wholesalers by selling tissue products using bicycles across Eastlands.

You will be assigned to a specific estate, engaging customers, driving sales, and maximizing product movement within your area.

Job Responsibilities

This role includes developing channel sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and building relationships with new and existing clients.

The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of sales strategies, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster relationships with customers.

Ultimately, the Bicycle Sales Representative should drive sales growth and increase our company’s market presence.

Qualifications

Age: 21 – 30 years

Gender: Male

Must own a smartphone

Must know how to ride a bicycle confidently

Strong sales drive and resilience

Ability to work independently within assigned territory

Area of Deployment

Each representative will be deployed to one estate within Eastlands, specifically: Umoja, Utawala, Syokimau, Athi River, Kitengela, Buruburu, Kariobangi, Kayole, and Komarocks.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Retainer: Ksh 10,000 – 15,000

Commission: Ksh 30 per carton sold

Contract Duration: 1 Year

What We’re Looking For

Age: 24+ years

Minimum 3 years riding experience, valid DL a must

KCSE Certificate

Certificate course in Sales/Marketing OR 2+ years as an FSR or Merchandiser

Excellent communication, confident, eloquent, and persuasive

Presentable, positive, and flexible with time and location

Strong sales and marketing skills

Friendly, reliable, and disciplined with a high sense of integrity

Tech-savvy and goal-oriented

Able to meet and exceed targets

Key Responsibilities

Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and activation targets

Conduct field visits for coaching, audits, and support

Ensure accurate and timely reporting daily, weekly, and monthly

Handle customer and outlet escalations within the region

Coordinate stock availability and movement with relevant teams

Enforce company policies and operational standards

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2 years experience in sales or field team supervision

Experience in FMCG or General Trade is an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical and problem-solving ability

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Proficiency in basic reporting tools such as Excel and mobile apps

Willing to travel extensively within assigned region

Strong knowledge of local market dynamics
